Dental surgery is a procedure performed under local anesthesia in the oral cavity, which allows the patient to be prepared for specialised treatment (e.g. endodontic treatment) or to solve difficult dental cases. These include complex tooth extractions, resections and implant placement.
At the beginning, the doctor carefully discusses with the patient his health condition, current ailments and expected treatment results.
After conducting the interview, the oral cavity is examined, which allows the dentist to more accurately diagnose the patient's problem, order any additional tests and evaluate available treatment options.
Once the dentist has collected all the necessary information, he develops an individual treatment plan, which he then presents to the patient. At this stage, the patient has the opportunity to ask questions to address any concerns.
Before starting treatment, we conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests and create a detailed therapy plan. Thanks to the most modern tools and technologies, such as advanced digital diagnostics, the treatment is precise and effective. Using radiovisiographic diagnostics, panoramic X-ray and 3D tomography, we accurately diagnose the patient’s problems and minimize the invasiveness of procedures. At our center, we perform various types of oral surgical procedures that require specialised knowledge and precision. We always take care of the patients’ comfort and perform procedures under anesthesia administered using a computer system and under general anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2015-2017, he completed prestigious studies in implantology,Linhart’s Implant Continuum Education NYU, at the College of Dentistry of New York University in the USA.
A long-time employee of theDepartment of Maxillofacial Surgeryat the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2010, he completed his doctoral studies at the Medical University of Silesia.
As one of the few implantologists in Poland, he received the prestigiousPlatinum Preferred Memberaward, granted in recognition of his achievements and contribution to the development of implantology. At Uśmiechnij Mi Się, doctor Maciej deals with implantological and pre-implantological treatment, in particular lifting the bottom of the maxillary sinuses (sinus lift) and reconstruction procedures of the maxillary and mandible bones.
The main emphasis is on the treatment of complete missing teeth (smile in one day – Nobel Biocare All-on-4® System), and the reconstruction of single missing teeth using dental implants. He is a lecturer. He conducts training in the field of implantology and guided bone regeneration.He is the author and co-author of publications in the field of implantology and maxillofacial surgery.

A graduate of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, she completed a postgraduate internship at the Academic Center of Dentistry. She received an award from the Silesian Medical Chamber for one of the highest results in the final medical and dental examination.
She conducted classes with dental students at the Department of Pedodontics.
At the end of 2020, she began specialization in the field of Periodontology at the Periodontal Diseases Clinic at the University Dental Clinic in Kraków.
In her work, she focuses on an individual approach to both children and adult patients. She demonstrates considerable ability to establish relationships with the youngest patients of our facility, which does not exclude great empathy and painless procedures performed on adult patients.
She deals mainly with procedures in the field of conservative dentistry, pediatric dentistry and dental surgery.
Doctor Alicja also works with many patients suffering from dental phobia, using modern treatment methods, including sedation with nitrous oxide.

He graduated from the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. In his work, he is precise and ambitious, he focuses on an individual approach to each patient and, above all, on a comfortable and PAINLESS visit. In his daily work, he deals mainly with specialised microscopic endodontics using the latest technologies and minimally invasive dental surgery. A visit to Dr. Tomasz brings a lot of smiles due to his extremely cheerful nature, supported by full professionalism in diagnostics and treatments. He intensively expands the horizons of his knowledge and skills. He graduated, among others, from the Academy of Oral Surgery, and completed postgraduate studies in “Oral Surgery” conducted at the Faculty of Medicine at GWSH. In endodontics, he uses advanced machine systems: ProTaper Next and Poldent E3. He is fluent in English, which makes working with foreign patients easier. He likes to spend his free time following the latest news from the automotive world and planning inspiring and colourful trips.

He is a graduate of the medical and dental department of the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. On a daily basis, he deals with conservative treatment, pre-prosthetic preparation, dental surgery and implantology. His interests focus on surgery and replacing missing teeth with implants, as evidenced by numerous courses on, among others, apical resection procedures, navigated implantation, bone tissue regeneration and management of soft tissue around implants.
